What You’ll Need
300–500g steak (cut into bite-size chunks)
500g baby potatoes (cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
Spices:

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat Your Campotel 12V Air Fryer
Plug the fryer into your 12V outlet—perfect for your car, caravan, or power station setup. Set the temperature to 200°C (390°F) and let it preheat while you prep your ingredients.
2. Prep the Potatoes
Toss your cubed baby potatoes in olive oil.
Season with salt, black pepper, and a dash of paprika.
Place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 35 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
3. Season the Steak
While the potatoes cook:
